WATERMARK COMMISSION
- 50~150myr | 30usd
- Default: Black and White / transparent background
- Complex design (intricate illustrations): +$10
- Clients are granted Full Commercial Rights to the commissioned watermark design (commissions / prints / merchandises )
Terms of Service
By requesting a commission, you have agreed to the following terms:
1. General
I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
Clients must be 18+ (or have parental consent if underage).
Client provides detailed references & description.
Estimated completion time: 3~7 days after sketch approval (delays will be communicated).
I provide WIP updates during rendering.
2. Payment
Local: TNG / Sociabuzz, International: PayPal.
Full payment is required before work begins.
Commercial use (including removal of watermark): Additional 30% fee applies.
Unpaid commissions will not be started or delivered.
3. Revisions
3 free minor adjustments during WIP phase (e.g., color tweaks, small details).
Major changes (e.g., pose/design overhaul) may cost extra.
No revisions after final delivery.
4. Usage Rights
Artist retains copyright and can display the work in portfolios/social media.
Artist retains the right to put watermark of the artwork.
Client receives personal-use rights ONLY (no commercial use, resale, AI, or NFTs).
Commercial use requires additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance.
Credit required when posting online (@hakura0911).
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Full payment is required before work begins; no refunds once work has started.
Artist cancels: Full refund.
6. Delivery
Files sent via TikTok/email/Discord/Instagram (format: PNG).
Client must download and back up files—I’m not responsible for lost files after delivery.
